  1. HP 4192A LF impedance analyser with data logging software (RS 3/2). It can provide measuring frequency 5.000Hz to 13.00000 MHz, OSC lever 5mV to 1.1Vrms, internal dc bias voltage 35V.
  2. PJT Pontentiontat- galvanostat (RS 3/2). Max. output current 1A. Max. output voltage 24V.
  3. Nova 1000 gas sorption analyser (CG11, see Technician) with Panasonic KX-P1121 printer.
  4. PU 4500 Gas Chromatography with PU4810 integrator and TC detector (RS 3/2)
  5. TFG-462 function generator (RS 3/2). Capable of producing sine, square, triangle, pulse and ramp waveforms. Output frequency range 0.1Hz to 2MHz.
  6. SI 1260A impedance analyser (RS 3/2). Can provide measuring frequency 5.000Hz to 32.00000 MHz.
  7. Turner 340 Spectrophotometer (CG13, see Technician). Wave length range: 330 - 1000nm continuous; 200 - 400nm via FAR - UV accessory.
  8. Unicam Helios Gamma spectrometer with Aurora scan software (EG.01, see Technician). Wavelength range: 190~1100 nm, Bandwidth 2nm.
  9. Unicam Helios Epsilon spectrometer (CG13, see Technician). Wavelength range: 325~1100 nm, bandwidth 8 nm.
  10. Phillips high performance x-ray diffraction system (RS4, consult Yuanji Zhang). (To become an approved user, see Assoc. Prof. Alan Langdon).
  11. DSC 2920 differential scanning calorimeter and SDT 2960 simultaneous TDA-DTA analyser system (RS4, consult Dr. Zhang).
  12. AKTA FPLC, fully automated liquid chromatography system designed for research scale purification of proteins with pump P-920 for constant flow delivery and monitor UPC-900 for measuring UV absorption, conductivity and pH.
